Write Email Image

Tool name: update-email-editor-image-block

Points image blocks at other images and sets their alternative text or their link, several in one call -- swapping the pictures of a newsletter is one call and one revision, not one per picture. The URL has to be one of this account, from list-email-editor-images or from what open-email-editor-image-upload returned: a provider or stock URL makes every recipient's mail client contact a third party and breaks the day the picture disappears there. The width the image is shown at belongs to the block and is not changed here. Bound to the contentRevision of the read and refused whole if anything in it fails, so nothing half-written is stored. Drafts only. Saves the draft; publishing is publish-newsletter-email-content.
