Write Email Button

Tool name: update-email-editor-button

Writes the visible text of one button block and where it leads. The label is markup like a text block: start from what you read and swap only the words, or the button loses its typography. Bound to the contentRevision of the read and refused whole if anything in it fails, so nothing half-written is stored. Drafts only. Saves the draft; publishing is publish-newsletter-email-content.
