Write Email Icons

Tool name: update-email-editor-icons

Writes the entries of one icon block: the picture of each, the words beside it and where it leads. The list replaces the list: the call carries every icon the block should have, in order. The size of the icons and where the words sit are kept from the entry that was there. Not the same block as social links: this one carries any picture with a caption. Bound to the contentRevision of the read and refused whole if anything in it fails, so nothing half-written is stored. Drafts only. Saves the draft; publishing is publish-newsletter-email-content.
