Write Email Icons

Tool name: update-email-editor-icons

Replaces every picture, caption and link in an email icon block, in order. Include all icons to retain; size and caption position are kept. Social links are a separate block. Revision-bound, atomic edit; drafts only; publishing is publish-newsletter-email-content.
