Create Automation Draft

Tool name: create-automation-draft

Creates an inactive automation draft with a start action. copyFromId also copies a graph and its split-test settings but reuses referenced emails. Entry conditions are configured with update-automation-start-action, further actions with the automation action tools. Does not schedule or send.
