Add Detect-Gender Action

Tool name: add-automation-gender-detection-action

Adds an automation gender-detection action that guesses from the source first-name field (customFieldID). It writes only an empty single-line text target field (customField2ID, not the source), and/or assigns manual tags; it needs a target with values or at least one tag. Guesses can be wrong. Requires an unscheduled, inactive automation and its current revision from get-automation; dryRun previews without saving. Place it with afterActionId and branch (next after a regular action, yes/no after a decision).
