Add Stop-Automation Action

Tool name: add-automation-stop-automation-action

Adds an automation action that removes the contact from another automation (campaignID from search-automations), cancelling its pending steps for that contact. The contact counts as finished there and cannot re-enter it, neither through a restart nor a start-automation action. Requires an unscheduled, inactive automation and its current revision from get-automation; dryRun previews without saving. Place it with afterActionId and branch (next after a regular action, yes/no after a decision).
