Update Autoresponder Email

Tool name: update-autoresponder-email

Updates the subject and preheader of an email follow-up that is not active; omitted values stay. Every recipient sees the subject, so change it only when asked. Split tests are refused: their subjects belong to the variants; the body uses the email editor tools and the audience update-autoresponder-draft. Sends nothing.
