Delete Autoresponder

Tool name: delete-autoresponder

Deletes a follow-up campaign (autoresponder) with its email or SMS, audience and system tags; there is no undo. Confirm the ID with the user before calling. Refused while it is active (stop-autoresponder first), while anything still uses it (the refusal names what), and when that check cannot run.
