Add Autoresponder Split Test Variant

Tool name: add-autoresponder-split-test-variant

Adds a variant to the split test of an email or SMS follow-up that is not active, empty or copied from copyFromMessageId. Audience shares are redistributed evenly. Refused after the test starts; sends nothing.
