Configure Autoresponder Email Delivery

Tool name: configure-autoresponder-email-delivery

Configures an inactive email follow-up's sender, reply-to, CC/BCC, signature, link tracking, report-spam header and receiver email; the sender domain follows the address. The first-send transactional option omits the unsubscribe link, so set it only when asked. Omitted values stay. SMS follow-ups use configure-autoresponder-sms-delivery. Sends nothing.
