Delete Webhook

Tool name: delete-webhook

Deletes a webhook and its automatic tag. Refused while anything still uses it (the refusal names what, as the app's delete dialog does) and when that check cannot run. Pass confirm=true only after the user explicitly confirmed deleting this webhook.
