Create Webhook

Tool name: create-webhook

Creates a webhook with name and activationUrl. Defaults to POST, all contact data, form-data and no trigger tags. Selected fields name a custom field as "CustomField", see settings.fields. Trigger tags arm future outbound requests and require user approval with confirmActivation; no request is sent now.
