Get Account Settings

Tool name: get-account-settings

Reads editable account switches, preview marker tag and email blacklist. Inaccessible settings are absent, not false; connected-service credentials are reported only as configured or not, never by value. Personal, privacy, legal and sender-address settings are excluded.
