Use these tools to manage the lifecycle of email and SMS autoresponders in KlickTipp. They bring together the follow-up draft, its audience, trigger and timing, delivery settings, readiness, activation status, and split-test configuration.

For example, you can create and configure an email, SMS, or birthday follow-up, define who should receive it and when, send a test, check its readiness, prepare it for activation, stop future sends, or delete an inactive follow-up. Email bodies are managed through the Email Editor, while SMS content and split-test variants are managed through the autoresponder tools.
